Learn how to create a wonderful necklace that is affordable
You will need:
-Ribbon -$2.99 any craft store
-Dog chain -$1.49
-Tape
-Scissors

This is the Dog chain I brought at my local 99 cents store for only $1.49

Leave about 22 inch. of ribbon on the begging of the chain 

Start by taping the end of the ribbon

Put the ribbon in between each open whole in the chain

......... Continue to do so till you get to the end

Wrap the ribbon around the ring

Continue to do so ,then wrap again to one side of the ring till you get to the middle of the ring.

Do the same to both sides

Tie a knot with the ribbon to the ring

You should have about 11 1/2 yard left at the end of both sides ,Remove the tape from the end of the ribbon. Cut the unnecessary ribbon.

 This will be your finish result all for about $3.00  to $4.00
